Welcome to Extracts by Annabel

We are a small, family-run business with a passion for vanilla. It was on an evening in 2018 when our daughter, Annabel, ran out of vanilla extract and wondered if we could just make some at home. That innocuous event prompted a fine discussion on all the possibilities of bringing our own product to market as first a homeschooling project, and then a real venture in entrepreneurship.

Annabel wanted to make sure we used the best ingredients, so we sourced the best Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla beans and found a spirit that would not disturb or detract from the delicate vanilla flavor profiles. We think that our full-strength Vanilla Extract is superior to anything you have used in the past.
